Ahmed Ali Akbar got married, but you can’t share pictures from his wedding

The actor and his wife Maham Batool don't want their pictures to be shared in order to protect their privacy.

Actor Ahmed Ali Akbar has tied the knot with digital creator Maham Batool in a stunning nikkah ceremony!

The new couple shared the news in a joint Instagram post, however, in a bid to protect their privacy they requested that people don’t repost the pictures online.

“Any photographs or videos from our wedding shared online violate our privacy. We do not consent to the publication or posting of any images or footage from our events,” Akbar wrote.

In the same caption, the actor said Batool was, “My Heart, my life, my peace, my home.”

Akbar’s post was flooded with congratulatory comments from other members of the entertainment industry.

We don’t know much about their relationship, other than the fact that there has been much speculation online about it recently, with some online publications sharing pictures of what was believed to be their mehndi or mayun. None of those pictures were shared by the couple or their celebrity friends.

Congratulations to the happy couple! We can’t wait to see (and not post) more pictures!

Pictures are proof of solemnization of a relationship. And no one can be happier than one's true fans. Protecting privacy is less important than protecting the relationship. May it last forever and stay happy. Ameen.

Plenty of stars got married recently - Mahira, Kubra, Sheharyar Munawwar, Mawra, Aymen Saleem etc... Before that Iqra Aziz, Feroz Khan Hamza Ali, Ayesha Khan, Armeena, etc. but never did anyone bear brunt of so much hate and criticism from fans. Wonder why?
