Kubra Khan and Gohar Rasheed sure know how to surprise their fans. Their latest surprise — they are officially married!
The couple announced on Friday afternoon that they had their nikkah in Makkah on February 12.
Sharing a glowing picture of themselves in all white with big smiles, and their hands on the Kaaba, the couple captioned their picture — “12.02.25. Under the Kursi Of Allah.. 70 thousand Angels as Witness and Rehmat pouring down on us as rain.. Qubool hai”.
They confirmed their engagement at the end of January after months of speculation. Their confirmation came in the form of a video with all their celebrity friends asking whose wedding it was. The video concluded with Khan and Rasheed standing solemn-faced before pointing at each other. Khan then hides her blushing face, while Rasheed embraces her.
So far, their star friends have thrown them several celebrations, including a dholki and a beach party.
Last year, in an interview with The Current, Khan revealed that Rasheed was her “best friend” in the entertainment industry. “For nine years, we have shared all sorts of ups and downs with each other.”
In 2023, the two starred in Jannat Se Aagay together.
