Suhana Khan to make her movie debut with dad Shah Rukh Khan: reports
Suhana Khan will be making her theatrical debut with her father, superstar Shah Rukh Khan as per reports by Pinkvilla. The movie will reportedly be produced by Siddharth Anand, the creator of SRK’s Pathaan and will also be directing Tiger vs Pathaan.
The untitled film will be a co-production of Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures. “The pre-production work has already begun, and all the stakeholders are excited to take the film on floors,” a source revealed to Pinkvilla.
The source further added that the father-daughter duo are excited to collaborate in a professional capacity. “The exact dimension of SRK’s character in the film is not known yet, but insiders reveal that it’s an extended appearance for the King, much like what he did in Dear Zindagi” — 2016 Indian movie starring Alia Bhatt as the main lead, who is guided by her therapist, played by SRK.
Suhana has recently begun promoting her first acting gig, Netflix’s Archies, which is directed by Zoya Akhtar and features Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Agastya Nanda, Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Yuvraj Mehta and Dot. Similarly, the movie will also have an ensemble cast, which is yet to be finalised.
The movie is expected to release in 2024.
