Remember that kid from Home Alone who battled two bumbling thieves and made us feel envious of the freedom of having the whole house to yourself? Well, he's a 41-year-old dad now and is about to tie the knot with Disney star Brenda Song — crossover time — and we can't help but wonder, do you feel old yet?

The couple has been dating for four years and is ready to take their relationship to the next level, a source close to them told E! News. Song, 33, also confirmed the news on Jan 25 when she stepped out in Beverly Hills with a diamond ring on her ring finger.

The actors also have a child together — after a very private pregnancy, they welcomed their son Dakota Song Culkin into the world in April 2021. Less than a year later, the couple has decided to hit a new relationship milestone by getting married.

They've decided to keep their son off of social media for the most part after issuing a statement at the time of his birth. "We are overjoyed," said the stars. Song recently referenced him in an Instagram post with a photo of herself and Culkin at a football game. The Suite Life of Zack and Cody actor said, "Very few things can get us out of the house and away from our son."

Culkin and Song met while filming the movie Changeland and their dating rumours can be dated back to late 2017 when they were spotted holding hands at Knott's Scary Farm. A source told E! News at the time that they were "affectionate" while on a double date with Changeland director Seth Green and his wife, Clare Grant.

The next year, Culkin slipped in hints about the couple's plans for a family, "This one's a good one, so I'm probably going to put some babies in her in a little bit," he said on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast. "I mean, we've definitely been practicing."

Though the couple keeps their dating life private on social media, Song couldn't help but express what Culkin means to her on his birthday in August 2020. "Happy 40th birthday to this magical being," she wrote on Instagram. "I could sit here and write endlessly about how wonderful, kind, loving, genuine, loyal, honest, brilliant and hilarious you are, and how grateful I am that I get to share and do this life thing with you. But firstly, that would take me an eternity and secondly, you won't even see this because you don't ever use Instagram. Hahaha."

"My unicorn that I never thought could exist," Song added, claiming that she's the "luckiest person in the world" to be loved by him.
