Feroze Khan has proved once again that he is more than just a pretty face by winning best actor at the ARY People's Choice Awards.
Taking to social media, the star announced the happy news to his followers and dedicated the victory to them.
"Honoured to have won the best actor 2021 at ARY people's choice award for Ishqiya," the actor posted. "This goes to you guys."
Hania Aamir and Ramsha Khan also star in Ishqiya.
Earlier in March, the Khaani actor had deleted his Instagram account, causing a stir among fans who wondered about his sudden disappearance. Later, he put an end to further speculation and announced that he would be quitting acting for religion reasons.
"I announce that I quit the showbiz industry and will only act and provide my services for the teaching of Islam through this platform if needed else anything but this InshAllah. Request you all to pray for me and my loved ones [sic]," he had tweeted.
However, the Tich Button star later returned with a new statement, saying his sheikh had ordered him not to quit showbiz, adding that he believes the industry is a source of paighaam [message] from one place to another.
"He also told me that I needed to be at this place. I have to do something out of this, I have to make something out of this. So i'm reading into a lot of scripts, looking into a lot of scripts — I may act, I may produce, but i'm here," he informed fans and followers.
