These awards don't mean much. If anything. All rigged anyways. Populism. Just make better dramas. I need to watch Laal Kabootar. Ahmed Ali Akbar is SO underrated. Hire more talent like him. Not through nepotism or modeling. Actors who know their craft.

@Laila I think this year they have truly acknowledged deserving talent like Ahmed Ali for Laal Kabootar, Yumna Zaidi for Inkaar, Imran Ashraf for Ranjha Ranjha and Jb sisters for OST, all of them deserved it and won

Please start recognizing other talents. Why can't an award without giving one to Mahira.

@Erphan well I really like Imran Ashraf, Yumna Azadi and Ahmed Ali Akber. You must see Ehd e Wafa. We have great actors but not great stories in dramas. So I hope 2021 will bring imptovements and less saas bahu, bechari woman, misogynistic patriarchal stories.

Funny how best drama is 'mere pass tum ho' but the writer of the same is conveniently ignored for best play write due to his statements. :)

If you compare meray pass tum hoo with ranjha ranjha kerdi there is no match meray pass tum hoo is far above and deserved more awards. as far as actors is concerned Humayun Saeed and Imran Ashraf should have got joint awards for their acting .

I watched a play of Mahira Khan in which she was to have married her cousin and go off to US instead she decided to be just cousins, stayed in Pakistan to do social service. It was cute.

The only drama that should have got all awards is MPTH. A huge disservice to a great original drama and its cast, director and writer has been done. Lux Style Awards are nonsense.

The role of heroine in Superstar had so much to show one's craft whereas compare that to those of others for example Maya in Parey Hut had almost no character development or scope, so unlucky this way.
