I had a suspicion that aside from being a really fine actor, he was also a very decent human being. That's confirmed now. Look at the mark he left on people. What a loss. RIP.

Irrfan Khan shone as a solid actor who could transcend boundaries. His effortlessness in assaying his roles of real people, like in Lunchbox or Piku, and even Puzzle (with Kelly Macdonald), was something that Indian screens had not seen since the days of Naseeruddin Shah (another giant amidst false stars) in his peak.

Such a tremendous loss. To quote a song sung by legendary Kishore Kumar: " Zindagi ke safar mein guzar jaate hain jo makaam.. Woh phir nahi aaate.. Woh phir nahi aate.. Log aate hain.. log jaate hain.. Patjhar mein jo phool murjha jaate hain.. Woh baharon ke aane se khilte nahin. . Kuch log jo milke bichhar jaate hain.. Woh hazaaro ke aane se milte nahin.." RIP legend

Our life is like a bubble which can burst any minute. Irfan Khan's death was very untimely and a bit too soon but he had achieved and accomplished a lot in the short period of time that he was attached with the entertainment world. I feel that as an actor he was miles ahead of all the other Khan's in the industry and because of his unique voice quality and style he was one of a kind. A true husband to his wife, a true father to his kids and a true human being to all his fans was what Irfan was. RIP my friend.

Loved his role in the Jurassic Park reboot. And just happened to watch The Darjeeling Limited, literally the other day and was surprised to see his cameo, but even with just a few non-English lines, he made his presence felt with his acting chops, as always. A fine actor, nah LEGEND, who’ll be sorely missed. RIP, Irrfan Khan
