Director Kashif Saleem's upcoming telefilm will feature Mahnoor Baloch and Aijaz Aslam falling in love when they least expect it.

Apni Apni Love Story has been written by Faiza Iftikhar and will also star Azfar Rehman, Ayaz Samoo and Sadaf Kanwal.

According to the director, the telefilm is a "light-hearted" comedy which revolves around a Mamoo (Aijaz Aslam) and his niece, played by Kanwal.

Talking to Images, Aijaz shared, "Sadaf will be playing the role of my niece. Mamoo has sacrificed his love life for her as he's her only guardian and doesn't want any problems in her life. However, my character puts a condition on her marriage that whoever wants to marry her will have to become a 'ghar damaad' (In-house son-in-law) and follow the rules and regulations of the house.

Now, Azfar Rehman's character likes Sadaf and wants to marry her but hilarity ensues when a past love interest, Mahnoor Baloch reappears in my life, which leads to a twist in the story. It's a beautifully written script."
