Hira Mani is ready to pair up with husband Mani once more for an upcoming telefilm.

Speaking to Images, director Erum Binte Shahid revealed that it will be a very "fun film."

"Hira Mani is playing Annie and Mani is playing Badr. Mani likes Hira and Hira keeps teasing him but also has feelings for him," she explained.

We also got in touch with Hira Mani, who added about her character, "I'm playing the role of a very feisty girl. I've been doing some romantic roles recently but comedy is what I enjoy the most. She's a chilled out, fun girl who annoys Mani a lot, just like I do in real life."

"I think Eid telefilms should be light-hearted and enjoyable. The script is very entertaining although I can't reveal much. It's about a very cute family and how my khala and I keep all the neighbourhood men on their toes."

Erum also mentioned she couldn't disclose much about the film, including the title though she did say that "we have an exciting cast."

"Mehmood Aslam is playing Babu, Behroze Sahab is playing Sultan and Asma Abbas is playing Shabbana. It's a story based on a family in which Shabbana flirts with two men simultaneously, the reason for which will be disclosed later," she added.

Looks like Asma Abbas will have us in fits of laughter in this Eid release!
