Life gets harder with fame, says Cardi B

"It's (fame) definitely harder; the more money, the more problems, the more people that think they know you," she said.

Cardi B recently opened up about the struggles that come with fame.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the singer said that her increasing fame comes with a cost. "It's definitely harder, like, the more money the more problems the more people that think they know you."

"It just gets harder. Some people don't understand the struggle and think it came easy for me, you know?"

Giving the example of Britney Spears when she shaved her head, Cardi B admitted to sympathising with celebs who grapple to deal with the pressure of fame. "I totally understand why these artists go through what they go through, why they're shaving their heads. It's just crazy!"

It may be hard, but the Grammy winner is going to "thug it out, because I'm already famous. I got no choice but to keep it going."

And while she's not planning on stopping or looking back Cardi says that all that hardwork comes with mom guilt as she tries to manage her career and her 8-month-old daughter, Kulture.

"It makes me sad sometimes. All that traveling, and I know her sleeping schedule is getting a little messed up."

She added, "It is getting harder because she knows me. She recognises more now and that's like... you can just tell she wants me to be there. Sometimes, when she sees me leaving she looks up and goes, where you going?"

I think they do know her. There is plenty to complain about if we want to.

Cheap shot to drag Britney into this. Let her be. Stick to your own issues and don't promote mental health on expense of others misery. Britney went through hell. Cardi you can quit anytime. Nobody is forcing you stay in the spotlight.
