After Wajood, Saeeda Imtiaz has quite a few projects in the pipeline.

The actor has been working on the much awaited Kaptaan, a biopic on Imran Khan. Imtiaz will be portraying Jemima Khan in the movie.

While there has been no update on the film, Images has learned that Saeeda has already been roped in for another feature with Khwaish actor Yasir Shah.

Yasir Shah, who was last seen on the big screen in Mathira-starrer Blind Love confirmed the news to Images, saying that the film will be a romantic comedy.

"We've already begun shooting. The film will be primarily shot in Islamabad and Abbottabad but there are a few scenes up North and also in Baku," said the actor.

The-yet-to-be-titled project will revolve around friends from college. While Saeeda and Yasir will be in the lead, Shah revealed, "We have another actress who is a newcomer coming from the US."

The rest of the cast hasn't been revealed as of yet. However, Shah let us know that this will be the directorial debut of Fayaz Idrees.

"[Fayaz] studied filmmaking in the US and has now returned to make his first feature. He has worked on many international projects before so its exciting," said Shah.

While shooting has begun for the film, there is no release date as of yet.
