Alia Bhatt responds to wedding rumours
Are Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor joining the bandwagon like the rest of Bollywood's favourite couples and tying the knot soon?
Don't get your hopes high.
At the Lux Golden Rose Awards 2018, the Highway star said that fans will have to be more patient as marriage is not on the cards for her anytime soon.
“If people are waiting for my wedding then, they have to wait. I think climax should be good and there should be a happy ending to it.”
The 25-year-old actor, however, is looking forward to Priyanka Chopra's wedding next month in Jodhpur, India.
“I am really happy and excited that Priyanka is getting married. I'm very excited to see her and her wedding attire,” she added. “I am very fond of her and I have lot of warmth and love for her. I hope that she will have a beautiful wedding. I am sure she will make a beautiful bride and she should have a beautiful life.”
Alia and PeeCee share a close bond. The two were seen hanging out in New York last month when the Dear Zindagi actor flew to the US to be by Ranbir's side during his father Rishi Kapoor's treatment. Priyanka also invited Alia to her engagement party in Mumbai this August.
