Katrina Kaif has a new wax statue at Madame Tussaud's New York
They say third time's the charm, but the cliche doesn't appear to apply to Madame Tussaud's. The famous wax museum, which houses replicas of celebrities from around the world, has botched the THIRD wax statue that it's made for Bollywood star Katrina Kaif. Tussaud's has previously created statues of Katrina for its London and Delhi museums.
The third statue, which was unveiled today at the New York museum, portrays Katrina in a white blingy lehenga choli while she strikes a dance pose.
Close inspection of the statue's photos suggests that the statue isn't the replica of Katrina that it ought to be. This time around, they got the nose wrong, giving it a hook when Katrina's nose has none.
Atleast, Katrina's in good company. Her new statue has been placed in the same set as Amitabh Bachchan.
Madame Tussauds in New York also has statues of noted Hollywood celebrities like Jennifer Aniston, Leonardo DiCaprio, Angelina Jolie, Taylor Swift and Lionel Messi. Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Kareena Kapoor Khan among others add up to list of the Bollywood celebrities at the museum.
