Mahira Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi are now Peshawari Zalmi ambassadors
Mahira Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi may still not be co-stars in a drama or film, but they do have a new activity together: rooting for the Peshawari Zalmis.
The two actors have been announced as brand ambassadors for the cricket team and made appearances at the Zalmi kit and anthem launch last night.
Mahira shared the news on her Twitter, happy to be a part of the Zalmi family.
At the event, she also revealed that she has been wanting to be a part of the Peshawari Zalmis for a long time.
Hamza Ali Abbasi also showed his delight at being a part of the Zalmis.
He even offered a few words in Pashto for his fans.
Peshawari Zalmi owner Javed Afridi also shared his delight over the news.
With PSL right around the corner, will this be motivation the Peshawari Zalmis need?
