Former Pakistani cricketer Younis Khan is the new cool kid on the block - at least on Twitter.

At the press unveiling ceremony of the FIFA World Cup trophy in Lahore on Saturday, Younis Khan was snapped posing with our entertainment industry's finest and of course he looked happy standing amidst talented and beautiful women - who wouldn't, right?

Needless to say, that's all Twitter needed.

That one photo of Khan with the ladies distracted our awaam from the main topic: the FIFA trophy's historic stop in Pakistan! The conversation changed course and from then on it was ALL about Khan.

Yes.

It was all about him.

A celebrity among celebrities, I don’t see what’s the big deal. On the other hand, I think the female celebrities should be honored for Younis Khan to make some time for them as Younis Khan is a much bigger celebrity and deserves much more respect. Will people have commented the same way, has that been IK just after retirement?
