Upcoming Salman and Katrina-starrer Tiger Zinda Hai has not been cleared for screening by the Central Board of Film Censors (CBFC), Dawn News reported today.

Consequently, the Ministry of Information, Broadcasting, National History and Literary Heritage has refused to grant a No-Objection Certificate for the film upon CBFC's recommendation. It is reported that Pakistan-related scenes is the basis for the film's non-clearance.

Tiger Zinda Hai is the second installment in the Tiger action thriller series, which stars Salman Khan as Indian spy Tiger who falls in love with Pakistani spy Zoya (played by Katrina Kaif). Together, they team up in their fight against militants. This sequel also features a track by Atif Aslam.

Tiger Zinda Hai releases worldwide on December 22.

If they won't allow the shape of water to run at the cinema then they definitely shouldn't think differently about Salman Khan's brainless flick either.
