The journey begins in the province of Sindh, where we witness the mystic warmth of Khairpur, Tando Adam, Ranipur and Sukkur. The land of Hazrat Sachal Sarmast and Abida Parveen envelops breathtaking historical sites, art and music which make up the modern identity of Sindhi culture and history.
At the food front, the series digs into local favourites: Sajji and Qalandari Daal Dabal.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: The land of traditional delicacies
Harsh cold weather and warm assorted pakoras await travelers on the famous Khyber Pass that connects Afghanistan and Peshawar. Valleys around Haripur and Charsadda offer some of Pakistan's best organic produce: chicken, eggs and the likes.
The vast forests of Kalam are lined with tree houses which make up the perfect selfie-spots for the locals and tourists alike.
Locals relish spicy lake fish cooked with secret traditional recipes and served with a variety of chutneys.
Mardan's traditional must-haves include the Budaun's Pera, Takht-i-Bahi's Chhapli Kababs and the famous Bara Patakha Chicken at Taj Hotel.

Punjab: The land of religious sites and architecture
Punjab is celebrated for its love for food and music. National ka Pakistan, however, takes a fresh look at the ancient sites that are famous for their sense of architectural detail and religious significance.
One of the world's biggest salt mines, Khewra, houses a uniquely designed mosque and the monument of Minar-e-Pakistan - made entirely out of salt. The region also holds one of Pakistan's most treasured archaeology museums: the Taxila Museum.
The series makes noteworthy stops at the Katas Raj Temple in Chakwal and Mohra Muradu Buddhist monastery; both locations holding significance for the worshipers and visitors alike.
When it comes to food, Punjab's locals swear by the Paya Chana and Halwa Puri breakfast.

Balochistan: The land of rich natural resources
Balochistan is known far and wide for its important trade routes, long bumpy roads and 4x4 vehicles ferrying natural resources to the rest of the country.
The region has several treacherous mountains, mines and tunnels that house some of the country's most important natural resources. National Ka Pakistan drives us through Balochistan's most prized coal mine.
Desi favourite cuisines include: Chaman's bread dipped in date syrup and warm Kahva served with peppermint toffees.
