Akshay Kumar's latest flick, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha doesn't only have B-Town buzzing with excitement, it seems like Hollywood is also rooting for it.

Grown Ups actor Salma Hayek took to Twitter to wish the B-Town actor good luck for his upcoming film which portrays a social message - India's chronic lack of toilets.

She wrote, "Good luck to Akshay Kumar on 'Toilet: Ek Prem Katha' out today! End open defecation now! No woman should fear going to the toilet!"

Toilet: Ek Prem Katha is inspired by the true-life tale of one man's battle to build toilets in his village in rural India. He wanted to win back his new wife, whose refusal to live in a house without a toilet won her plaudits in India.

Kumar, who met the Hollywood star at the Global Teachers Prize last year in Dubai, replied:

Directed by Shree Narayan Singh, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha also features Bhumi Pednekar and Anupam Kher; the film sheds light on the need for sanitisation and the problem of problem of open defecation in India.
