Deepika Padukone body-shamed for latest Vanity Fair photoshoot

People are asking the Bollywood actor to eat KFC to gain weight
Updated 14 Jul, 2017

Deepika Padukone worked hard to get her body ready for her Hollywood debut xXx: Return of Xander Cage and long after the film's release, she has maintained that body.

However, her latest Instagram upload of her Vanity Fair On Jewellery photoshoot has many fans worried - one even asking her to chow down KFC to gain weight.

The monochrome photo features Deepika wearing a black slip and diamond jewellery, but social media is more focused on her weight than anything else.

People soon started posting comments like, 'Dead body' and 'Please gain some weight' under her photo.

This is not the first time Deepika has been body-shamed on social media. Last month, the Bollywood star was caught in controversy over her Maxim photoshoot with people calling it obscene.

The celebrities today are over obsessed with weight reduction, use every possible mean to reduce weight and reach a stage where they loose a healthy look.
