Black Panther is going to be more intense than your average Marvel movie
We've been waiting for Black Panther's solo movie since Captain America: Civil War... Some of us from even before!
The superhero has been set for his solo project for over a year and now we finally get a teaser trailer that hints the film is going to be good!
We see actor Chadwick Bozeman reprise the role of T'Challa, king and protector of Wakanda, a fictional nation which appears to be third world but boasts of extraordinarily advanced technology. We have already seen glimpses of Wakanda in Civil War and comic book geeks will agree, it looks brilliant.
We see T'Challa protecting his kingdom against any that may come across it. And also some inspiring narrative that doesn't give away the plot, yet lets us know what to expect, such as "Its hard for a good man to be a king."
The intense tone of the film seems to be different from the usual light-hearted style of Marvel, but we can't really say much at this point what with it being a trailer. But so far, we don't see any other member of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, although we see some new additions coming in!
We think we saw Malice, a villain of Black Panther, and also Shuri, sister of T'Challa, among many Dora Milaje, like Okoye, who look as cool as in the books, so we have our fingers crossed! Also, those fight sequences have our hopes up! No one can deny Black Panther looks absolutely badass!
Black Panther is appreciated for being the first black superhero in mainstream American comics. Since his first appearance in a comic book of Fantastic Four in 1966, he has been a major character in the comic book world, having affiliations with The Avengers and the X-Men. Its about time he gets the recognition he deserves.
Black Panther is slated for release on February 2, 2018.
