Amazon Prime's new Christmas advert is making everyone teary-eyed.

The ad opens with an imam paying a visit to a priest at his home, where the two enjoy warm conversation over a cup of tea. Both complain about their bad knees, and when their chit-chat comes to an end, they reach for their phones to order knee braces as a surprise present for each other.

The ad stresses not only the values of friendship and interfaith harmony, but also the similarity between Islam and Christianity.

This Amazon Prime ad is thus crafted to counter the current political climate of the USA, as the newly elected American president Donald Trump's anti-Muslim rhetoric makes the US Muslim community vulnerable to discrimination and attacks

No Muslim, Christian or Jews should be punished just due to their faith. Crime is crime and every criminal should be punished irrespective of faith. this is the only way forward Mr. Trump. Keep justice equal for everyone and see its fruits in every society
