I will give up my career to marry the man I love, says Katrina Kaif

Katrina thinks every woman should follow her instinct in the marriage vs career dilemma
Updated 29 Aug, 2016

Marriage or career? Every female actor has to dodge this question at some point, but Katrina Kaif has her answer ready.

If she'd had to choose between the two, she will opt for the latter, Katrina told Indian Express.

When asked if she would ever give up her flourishing career for the man she loves, Katrina said, “Absolutely, if I wanted to. I will not being forced or coerced into it. If that is what I felt then absolutely yes. If I feel my heart should be at home and raise children absolutely yes. I believe that every woman should follow her instinct.”

However, in her upcoming film Baar Baar Dekho, her co-star Siddhartha’s character is seen reasoning that career is more important to him than marriage.

When asked if men usually run away from marriage in general, Katrina said, “I choose to take the stand that it isn’t gender thing but a personal thing. There are many women who don’t want to settle down and want to focus on their careers and I also know many men who wouldn’t want to get married and focus on their careers."

"If one has to generalise then by nature women are more inclined towards family. And towards attachment and protection. Most women are like that. There are women who see differently and feel differently. But if you ask me personally, then I would like to choose both.”

It is the natural phenomenon to birth child by woman if someone gets wrong by the materialist approach it could not change nature. But at the end he or she has to release it, beauty, infancy, age, life has to lost and has a full stop no one can protect form these occurrences. So it best way is to realize the truth.

If he really, really loves you. For your personal happiness that would be indeed a great choice; but as I said if he really really loves you and shares your pain and pleasure until the end of your life.

Beautiful face but doesn't have the acting skills. Same expressions and can't speak fluent hindi. Overrated and lucky, that's all.
