We finally get it — this is why Shobhaa De called Fawad Khan a Lahore kebab.

The actor's sexy new avatar in the latest issue of Filmfare magazine made our jaws drop. We're used to seeing Fawad in his usual Mr Nice Guy persona, but in this cover shot he'd definitely turning up the heat and flaunting that come-hither look.

We're wondering what Fawad himself thinks of his getup — when he posted the cover shot to Instagram he did so with a very tame caption:

Octobers issue for #Filmfare

Looking at Fawad, we've decided the ingredients for a perfectly delicious I-don't-care look are as follows: messy hair, an untied bow tie, a rumpled tux and a penetrating gaze. Men, take note!

And if he swaps the tux for some leather, the result is just as good:

The black and white cover calls the hot export a ‘Cross Border Turk’ who's "giving our heroes sleepless nights,” implying that Fawad is giving India's actors a run for their money.

The actor, who won a Filmfare for his debut in Khoobsurat proves that he's the flavour of the year in the subcontinent.

What do you think of this look?

I have met many Indians. They are personality worshippers. They make human Gods and start worshipping them. Most of all they start to dehumanize locals by bringing the racial superiority concepts in the discussion. They bring shame to the locals and always praise anything that is not local. The caption on the magazine is the clear testament to the degraded racial inferiority complex based Indian society

@Rao I am not disrespecting anyone. My point is that No Pakistani media will ever use the captions they way Indians do it. You could never give me a single example of any Pakistani media where the words like Turks, Aryans will be used for local actors but interestingly i see these terms very often in the Indian media.

@Rao The phrase "young turk" does not mean someone from Turkey any more. It is used as a revolutionary in some sense these days. Google it.

@Sunil He can act if you see his series that shows how good he is. He is a natural !! Unfortunately most bollywood movies are crap and this khoobsurat was also a dissapointment as most bollywood movies !! And unfortunatel this movie does not do any justice to Fawad. His Pakistani series i have watched have all been brilliant and his acting has been outstanding and Not overacting as many bollywood actors . I used many years ago like watching bollywood but now fed up with all the silly stories and diagloges and overacting , etc. Hollywood movies , series and Pakistani series are much more better and the acting is also much better . Bollywood feels silly and the actors act , look , behave silly. All friends that watch Bollywood start laughing, can not take these films seriously . Khoobsurat was just anothr silly Bollywood movie and Fawad should try to avoid these type of movies.
