The post reads, "After making it’s mark at the DC South Asian Film Festival in the United States and the Mosaic International South Asian Film Festival in Canada, where it won the Grand Jury Prize as well as received honours for Best Supporting Actor, Baaji will now be screened as part of the Official Selection at the The Vancouver International South Asian Film Festival on November 16."

Baaji is the story of a senior former Lollywood actor, Shammers (played by Meera) who is being cut from movies due to her age but refuses to give up her career as a film star. She finds a companion in Neha (Amna Ilyas), a simple beautician who becomes her manager, excelling at her job to such an extent that Shameera is seen returning to the spotlight.

However, forever afraid of losing her place or being usurped, she projects her insecurities on younger, prettier Neha. The film also stars Osman Khalid Butt, Ali Kazmi and Nayyar Ejaz among others.
