Sausage and Pepper Rice Ingredients
-K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage (5 sausages)
-K&N’s Stok (1 cube)
-Olive oil (1 tbsp)
-Garlic (1 tbsp; chopped
-Onion (¼ cup; sliced)
-Salt to taste
-Black pepper powder (½ tsp)
-White pepper powder (½ tsp)
-Tomato paste (3 tbsp)
-Water (¾ cup)
-Paprika powder (1 tsp)
-Red chilli powder (½ tsp)
-Bell pepper (½ cup; julienned)
-Boiled rice (1 ½ cup)
Method
1. Thaw K&N’s Frankfurter Sausages as per instructions on pack, cut lengthwise into 2 inch slices and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil and sauté garlic, and onion. Add salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, tomato paste, water, paprika powder, red chilli powder, red, yellow and green bell pepper and K&N’s Stok cube. Add boiled rice and Frankfurter Sausages.
3. Mix and cook on low flame for 1 minute. Serve warm.
