Release of Farhan Saeed, Iman Ali, Sonya Hussyn and Feroze Khan starrer Tich Button postponed once again

The release of Urwa Hocane’s production debut film Tich Button has been postponed once again. The new release date is November 25.

The film has faced hurdles ever since it was scheduled to release on Eidul Fitr in 2020 but was pushed back due to Covid-19. Two years, later posters were shared online that it would release on October 28 but it was later announced that the film would release on November 11. On Friday, ARY Films announced via Instagram that the release date has been pushed to November 25.

“This is to inform you that the release date of our upcoming film Tich Button has been moved and the film will now be releasing in cinemas worldwide on Friday November 25 2022,” the post read.

It assured followers that the cast, Farhan Saeed, Iman Ali, Sonya Hussyn and Feroze Khan, are looking forward to interacting and have fun with their fans during promotional activities in the coming weeks.

Film director Qasim Ali Mureed confirmed the new date to Images and said new situations have emerged, which is the reason why the film has been postponed by 15 days. He said it’s the distributor’s call to postpone the film and he “knows nothing” about the matter.

Written by Faiza Iftikhar, who has also written TV shows like Aunn Zara, Ranjha Ranjha Kardi, and Pehli Si Muhabbat, the romantic comedy is about four individuals who seem interested in each other but things change for all four when Ali and Khan visit Pakistan. While Saeed hints at a possible union between him and Hussyn, the trailer also sees bits of him being interested in Ali and Khan in Hussyn.
