Lahore Qalandars won the PSL but the hug between Shaheen and Rizwan won everyone's hearts

The PSL is finally over and the Lahore Qalandars have emerged as champions for the first time. A hug between the Qalandars and Sultans captains Shaheen Shah Afridi and Mohammad Rizwan at the end of the final showed everyone why people are so emotionally invested.

It was a night to remember for Lahore fans as their beloved Qalandars erased the pain of years of failure to finally bag their maiden PSL title by defeating favourites Multan Sultans by 42 runs at Gaddafi Stadium on Feb 27.

Captain Shaheen took to Twitter to express gratitude for the first Qalandars win in seven years and showed true sportsmanship spirit by appreciating their opponents as well.

Shahid Afridi congratulated his son-in-law to-be and said, "The entire Qalandars squad and in fact entire Lahore deserves this!"

Sarfaraz Ahmed and Wasim Akram also congratulated the team.

But what really made the match special was this cute moment between the two captains.
