Spider-Man can't get a break in the new No Way Home trailer
The newest trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home is out and boy, is it a wild ride. A release date for the movie has also been announced — December 17.
The trailer shows the troubles Peter Parker (played by Tom Holland) faces after his identity is revealed to the world. At the end of the Spider-Man: Far From Home, Mysterio outed Peter as Spider-Man and now we see the fallout from that revelation. We also see the emergence of the multi-verse, courtesy of Dr Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch).
"For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighbourhood hero is unmasked and no longer able to separate his normal life from the high-stakes of being a super hero. When he asks for help from Doctor Strange the stakes become even more dangerous, forcing him to discover what it truly means to be Spider-Man," reads the official synopsis.
According to the trailer, the movie will premiere in theatres on December 17.
Fans are already excited for the new release. Seeing Alfred Molina was the cherry on top. He played the villain, Dr Octavius, in 2004's Spider-Man 2.
Fans didn't miss the other villains teased in the trailer either.
Seeing a new Dr Strange was also exciting.
