Kanye West apologises to Kim Kardashian for ‘going public’
Kanye West, who recently announced his bid for US presidency, took to publicly apologise to wife Kim Kardashian, acknowledging that he has hurt her.
Taking to social media, he regretted "going public" with matters that should've sorted behind closed doors. In a recent tweet, he said, "I would like to apologize to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a private matter. I did not cover her like she has covered me. To Kim I want to say I know I hurt you. Please forgive me. Thank you for always being there for me."
While the rapper did not make it clear what he was apologising for, the tweet followed a recent outburst where the Yeezus composer confessed he had been trying to divorce Kim Kardashian.
Following, his wife had requested privacy, revealing that the singer was suffering from bipolar disorder.
“Those who are close with Kanye know his heart and understand his words some times do not align with his intentions,” she posted. The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star also requested the media for "compassion and empathy so that we can get through this.”
