According to TMZ, the couple, who have been together more or less since 2015, doesn't know the sex of the baby yet, adding that Hadid is allegedly 20 weeks pregnant at the time.
They're currently isolating at Gigi's family farm in Pennsylvania, where they recently celebrated her birthday.
