I spoke up about my depression and it helped me a lot: Mohsin Abbas Haider
Mohsin Abbas Haider thanked his friends and fans for reaching out to him during his battle with depression.
The actor posted a video on Instagram Tuesday night with caption #LoveAndPeaceIsAllWeNeed. P.S. get rid of all those Toxic People in your life. The video has now been deleted.
He shared that he is doing better after having opened up, "Thanks to all of you for all those messages and love and support and concern you showed about depression. We all go through it. We all suffer in some way or the other in our lives. Sometimes we talk about it -- I did and it helped me a lot.
"I’m not someone who shares his personal life a lot but I guess when you reach the end you share and that’s what I did. And the way people in the industry, my fellow actors and friends and people from all over the world messaged me, I feel we shouldn’t hide this, it helps [to talk about it] and we should talk about it."
