Lahore's Packages Mall hosts a successful evening of Laughter Therapy

Lahore lit up with smiles and laughter on October 18 as the city's favourite Packages Mall hosted two of Pakistan's best comedy acts for its Laughter Therapy evening.

Bearing the title of one of Pakistan’s funniest comedians, Saad Haroon took the stage first with his standup act that the audience loved. A pioneer in Pakistani stand-up, Haroon was also the creator of BlackFish, Pakistan’s first improvisational comedy troupe and has been awarded the title of the world's second funniest man by US-based Laugh Factory in 2016.

Following him were the Khawatoons, Pakistan’s first all-female comedy improv troupe. United by their passion for humour and the stage, the Khawatoons are a sisterhood of extremely inspired and talented women who promise to infect the audience with their contagious energy, which they successfully did at the Packages Mall Laughter Therapy.

Many event attendees, including several bloggers and influencers, said such events are much needed and make Packages Mall a perfect spot for all kinds of family entertainment.
