The heartbreaking trailer for HBO's Robin Williams documentary is out
Robin Williams committed suicide in 2014, leaving everyone in shock and tears.
The actor was known for making everyone laugh, be it as a stand up comedian or from his many many roles in movies like Mrs. Doubtfire, Popeye and Aladdin.
He also made numerous wholesome movies like Patch Adams and Bicentennial Man.
Now, director Marina Zenovich has gotten in touch with his friends, family and admirers to make a documentary on Robin Williams' life. The trailer for Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind is out and it will leave any Robin Williams fan emotional.
The trailer reveals the documentary to be largely narrated by the late Robin Williams himself, as the trailer starts with him saying "Ladies and gentlemen, it's time to enter the human mind." Perhaps to show where the idea for the documentary's name came from.
Actor Steve Martin and Robin Williams' son are also shown in the documentary, following many more colleagues of the comedian. The trailer also hints at never-before-seen footage and the depth in which Robin Williams' life be discussed.
Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind premieres July 16 on HBO.
