Arnold Schwarzenegger tells us when he's getting into Terminator mode again
Looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger has taken his own catchphrase "I'll be back" quite seriously and is going extra on the nostalgia in 2018.
The actor has signed on to a number of projects, all of which are related to '80s classics that we all love and have grown up with.
Speaking to The Arnold Fans, the actor revealed that he is working on Terminator 6, saying, "We are starting to shoot Terminator 6 in June to the middle of October, so I am in that.”
He added, "I am looking forward to coming back as the T-800 model. It's gonna be great with Tim Miller as the director and Jim Cameron is kind of supervising the whole thing.”
Although the sixth installment in the Terminator series, makers of T6 claim that this will be more of a true third part to the original two, ignoring parts 3-5 and marking the return of Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor and we are all for it!
Right after shooting T6, Arnold says he will start working on the feature film for cult classic Kung Fury, which has Michael Fassbender on board.
Is that all for Arnie? Nope.
"Then we are finishing off the script now on Triplets, which is sequel to Twins (that featured him and Danny DeVito as a pair of unlikely twins),” Schwarzenegger goes on, "Then they are also writing King Conan. Then we just made a deal to do a series of westerns on television, so we are looking forward to that."
While he'll be waiting for the scripts of Triplets and King Conan, the Governator will be working on Expendables 4, which starts shooting in August. You thought we were exaggerating with the whole "going extra on nostalgia" thing, didn't you?
Which Arnold Schwarzenegger movie are you looking forward to the most? We can't decide!
