The teaser for Adnan Siddiqui's upcoming period drama Ghughi is out and it gives us Sammi vibes as we see a wedding celebration marred by terror and trauma.

The 30-second clip focuses on newcomer Amal Khan as a happy bride dancing at her wedding, who abruptly collapses upon catching sight of a man (Adnan Siddiqui). Why is she so terrified by the man? Is Adnan Sid going all-out villain in this drama? The teaser has definitely done the job of getting us interested in Ghughi.
The drama is inspired by an Amrita Pritam novel, which is based on a love story that is disrupted by a kidnapping. It is set in the years 1946-1947.
Ghughi has been adapted and written by Amna Mufti and directed by Iqbal Hussain. Produced by ADnan Siddiqui's Cereal Productions, it will air on TVOne soon.
