Famed Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi will make another movie in India
Majid Majidi's Beyond the Clouds has inspired him to make another movie in India.
The Oscar-nominated Iranian filmmaker wrapped up his first India-based film Beyond the Clouds, which is set to premiere at the 61st BFI London Film Fest in mid-October.
The film, which is about a brother-sister relationship, stars Shahid Kapoor's brother Ishaan Khatter and features music by A.R.Rahman. It is said to be set in Mumbai, Delhi, parts of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan and Kashmir.

His next project in India is said to be Gold Mine, which is "based on a subject that came to Majidi during his frequent visits to north India," reveals a source.
In a statement, Majidi said that he is inspired by “the ambience of India” and “wonderful relationship between humans and nature” and that he has always “believed that India has so many stories to tell with its myriad of cultures and people from different milieu.”
The casting for the film is said to begin in two months and the film will go on floors in mid-2018.
