Nawabzada Mirza Jamiluddin Ahmed Khan also known as Jamiluddin Aali, was a renowned Pakistani poet.

Known for his countless contributions to the country, but most importantly for his immortal patriotic song 'Jeevay Jeevay Pakistan', Jamiluddin Aali's recording of his early days talk about how he came about penning the famous slogan.

"That's when I wrote it. Groups would stand up with me and go crazy... and call out 'Jeevay Pakistan'."

He added, "This tune is the sound of people's hearts that is put into words and is presented in front of everyone."
