Is Aamir Khan going to be on Anil Kapoor's 24?

Aamir Khan just might make his television acting debut!

The Dhoom 3 actor is known for hosting the socially-oriented Satyamev Jayate but has never acted in TV series. Now sources at DNA India are hinting that Aamir Khan will make an appearance in the second season of Anil Kapoor's 24.

A source from the channel Colors says, "Aamir remains one of the most vocal supporters for 24: Season 2. He will launch the show along with Anil at a press conference scheduled in the first week of June."

The source tells that apart from this launch, Anil Kapoor really wants the Talaash actor to make a cameo appearance in the show. "Talks are on and Aamir has shown interest, but the perfectionist that he is, he will thoroughly review each aspect before making a commitment. If time permits and he takes it up, the show will become even bigger."

Anil and Aamir have been close since the 1999 Mann. Aamir has already been a surprise guest at the post-premiere party of Slumdog Millionaire so this looks promising!
