Slip of tongue: Faryal Talpur refers to Bilawal Bhutto as 'shaheed'

The name of Pakistan People’s Party leader and sister of Asif Ali Zardari, Faryal Talpur, was seen trending on Twitter on Tuesday after she referred to her nephew and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari as shaheed (martyred).

Talpur, while addressing a public gathering in Azad Kashmir, said “martyrs never die, they are alive”.

She went on to say that she believes Zulfikar Ali Bhutto is with them, his daughter Benazir Bhutto is also with them and “her son Bilawal Bhutto Shaheed is also with us at the gathering”.

In case you still missed the slip, Shehla Raza's flabbergasted expression was sure to draw your attention towards it.

What appeared to be a slip of tongue was immediately picked up by people on social media and people came up with funny replies and explanations to this ‘Freudian slip’.
