Google celebrates strong women in #OneDayIWill video
8 March marks International Women's Day so here's to strong women; may we know them, my we be them, may we raise them
To celebrate, search engine giant, Google has dedicated a video to women out there titled #OneDayIWill, which plays on its search homepage in the usual Doodle spot.
The nearly one and a half minute video showcases women and young girls from 13 different cities around the globe, such as Cairo and New Delhi, completing the sentence "one day I will...".
It shows notable figures like Jane Goodall, who shared her hope to one day discuss the environment with the Pope, as well as Nobel Prize Winner Malala Yousafzai and activist Muzoon Almellehan, who continue to work fearlessly toward a future where every girl can go to school.

The women behind the video, Lydia Nichols, Helen Leroux and Liat Ben-Rafael shared, "Over the years, Doodles have marked the achievements of women in science, civil rights, journalism, sports, arts, technology and beyond. But for our 2016 International Women’s Day Doodle, we wanted to celebrate the next generation of Doodle-worthy women—the engineers, educators, leaders, movers and shakers of tomorrow."
