Mehwish Hayat, Ayesha Omar and more spill on their Valentine's Day plans

We all want to know what our celebs get up to on V-day. Who works through Valentine's? Who gets the most gifts from secret admirers?

Images gets you the scoop about the celebs' V-day expectations.

What's your idea of a perfect romance?

Ayesha Omar and Mehwish Hayat

Rabia Butt: Something that feels right and natural without trying too hard. My idea of perfect romance has matured with time and now I believe in mutual respect. After that, anything goes, anything which is mutually elevating for the soul.

Ayesha Omar: Let each other grow and support each other in the ups and downs both. Create fun memories and Go on adventures together. Cook together. Laugh together. Be kind and learn to forgive.

Humaima Malick: I am a very romantic person, so anything which makes me feel very special or the moment special can be romantic.

Bilal Ashraf: Perfect romance stems from perfect understanding.

Omer Shehzad: A perfect romance should be full of surprises.

Tabish Oza: Anything with the perfect one.

Armeena Rana: Romance is different things to different people and certainly different for men and women. It does not have to be grand. it can be about small gestures and the time and thought that goes into them. A handmade card with a poem or a walk where you just talk with the other person watching the sunset are good examples. Anybody can go and ‘buy’ things off the shelf with very little thought. So please don’t feel pressured into grand expensive purchases. The only love you will get is from the companies that you sell that stuff.

Shehzad Noor: A relationship based on understanding, trust and most of all respect is what i ideally think one should have.

Adeel Chaudhry: My idea of a perfect romance is a kind of old school. I believe in courting I believe in a sweet and loving partner who is very understanding and caring and mutual respect is all components of a romance.

Ushna Shah: Attention to detail.

How are you spending Valentine's Day?

Shehzad Noor and Omer Shehzad

Mehwish Hayat: The only thing I am committed to is my work. So I'll be spending my Valentine's Day shooting Actor In Law.

Humaima Malick: Flowers, beach, sand, me and him.

Ayesha Omar: At the beach, hopefully.

Uzair Jaswal: Tere bin...

Armeena Khan: This Valentine’s I will be in the Caribbean with my family recharging my batteries and preparing for my next project. Personally I am not a big Valentine's day person. I understand the excuse for the unromantic Uncle to get away from his sports channel and buy some flowers and perhaps dinner for the woman who supports and cares for him everyday. But that is a poor substitute for a great relationship everyone can have.

Shehzad Noor: I have a shoot on Valentines's day

Bilal Ashraf: I'll get all my single friends together and take them out for dinner

Tabish Oza: Depends on where I was last night, which was probably watching the PSL matches ‬

Omer Shehzad: I spend Valentine's Day with my real loved ones, which is my family.

What are you secretly hoping you'll get as a present on Valentine's Day?

Bilal Ashraf and Rabia Butt

Bilal Ashraf: Already got what I wanted as a present.

Mehwish Hayat: I'm single, so I'm not hoping for any gifts on V-day. But I wouldn't be surprised if I get a love note or a present signed off from a secret admirer! [laughs]

Ushna Shah: Love in its purest form.

Rabia Butt: Inner peace and laughter for every second, every day, every week, every month, all year round, as well as a Lexus jeep and Rolex. I have a couple and another one wouldn't hurt! wink

Humaima Malick: I have a lot of lovers, to be honest. I'll be getting a lot of presents as always. Feb 14 is present day for me, so I'll receive flowers from my fans all over.

Ayesha Omar: Nothing in particular but roses for sure.

Tabish Oza: Lots of love. Har kisi ko nahi milta pyar zindagi mei.

Shehzad Noor: What I expect is nothing really, but anonymous flowers are what i get every year!

Adeel Chaudhry: I don't have a lot of expectations from people but I'm hoping to get some quiet time and a romantic dinner at some point along with some cherishable moments because memories last a lifetime.

What advice would you give someone who's out there looking for love?

Uzair Jaswal and Ushna Shah

Rabia Butt: Take it with a pinch of salt. Let it flow, and during the experience, don't look for perfection. Have realistic expectations to avoid disappointment. Also, don't forget to have fun. If you and your plus one are laughing, you are headed in the right direction.

Ayesha Omar: Don't chase. Let it come to you. Be ready to give love and you'll get it.

Adeel Chaudhry: Stop looking for it and BE love. Instead of focusing on finding the right woman, focus on being the right man. Once you emanate that positive energy, the right love will come looking for you.

Tabish Oza: Here is my dress, please find me first.

Shahzad Noor: Don't. It's spontaneity of the heart. If it has to happen, it will find you.

Ushna Shah: Love yourself. The rest will follow.

Uzair Jaswal: What you seek is seeking you.
