This A. R. Rahman mashup is what you need to listen to right now

Just in case your day isn't going according to your plan, you can listen to this incredible A. R. Rahman mashup to feel better.

Made by Mumbai-based a cappella group Voctronica, the mashup covers the artist's songs up until his tracks for Slumdog Millionaire, for which he bagged an Academy Award.

Members Avinash Tewari, Raj Verma Arjun, Nair Warsha, Easwar Clyde and Rodrigues have paid tribute to the maestro via vocals and beat boxing, a distinct feature of any a cappella group.

Called 'Evolution of A. R. Rahman', the mashup starts with 'Gum Sum', moves on to 'Yeh Haseen Vadiyan' from Roja and leads up to some of his evergreen scores from films like Lagaan, Dil Se, Jodha Akbar, Rung De Basanti and finally 'O Saya' from Slumdog Millionaire.

Known as the 'Mozart of Madras', A. R. Rahman has many accolades to his credit, including Academy Awards, a Grammy and Filmfare Awards, among others.
