Asim Azhar just released a new single, ‘Tere Bin Nahi Lagda’, ahead of his first independent album release, but all fans seem to hear is one word. Or, more accurately, one scream: Haniyaaa!

While fans were busy hyping up his upcoming album Asim Ali, out November 24, the Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan-inspired track came as a sweet surprise. But what truly caught everyone off guard was a mention of “Hania” in the song, and it was all everyone could talk about.

The timing didn’t help either. Just last week, he teased the album with a reel full of flashbacks — concerts, award shows, and one very pointed throwback to his FPW ramp walk with Hania Aamir, which appeared alongside his track ‘Lost n Found’. Coincidence? The internet says absolutely not.

With ‘Tere Bin Nahi Lagda’, fans are spiralling into full detective mode — and the theories are getting wilder by the minute. They even believe the vinyl record shot from the song is linked to Azhar and Aamir’s last vlog together!
