American actor Blake Lively posts pregnancy photos so paparazzi stop stalking her
When the paparazzi get a whiff of a story, they hunt it down to the point where the subject of the story becomes deeply uncomfortable. American actor Blake Lively finally decided to respond to their harassment in the most public way possible.
Recently, news broke that the Gossip Girl actor is pregnant with her fourth child with husband Ryan Reynolds. Though news of the pregnancy was confirmed when Lively and Reynolds made a red carpet appearance, that wasn’t enough for the paparazzi, who felt compelled to go to her if she couldn’t come to them and stalked her home. On Sunday, she shared multiple pictures and wrote, “Here are photos of me pregnant in real life so the 11 guys waiting outside my home for a sighting will leave me alone. You freak me and my kids out.”
She addressed a very important issue pertaining to the non-consensual photography of children. Turning to those who respect her and her family’s privacy she said, “Thanks to everyone else for all the love and respect, and for continuing to unfollow accounts and publications who share photos of children. You have all the power against them.”
She also thanked media outlets who have a no kids policy, “You all make all the difference. Much love!” she concluded. There was an outpouring of love under the post for the Age of Adaline actor and the confirmed news. Model Gigi Hadid, designer Victoria Beckham and author Rupi Kaur were among the well-wishers.
Actor Nikki Reed reassured her there are others going through the same thing.
Lively and Reynolds, who met on the set of Green Lantern in 2011 and tied the knot in 2012, share three daughters — seven-year-old James, five-year-old Inez and two-year-old Betty.
