24 Dec, 2021

It's Christmas time and what's Christmas without some yummy treats — especially Christmas cake? These 10 bakeries in Karachi are ready with Christmas-themed goodies for all those celebrating.

Following an incident involving Delizia, one of Karachi's leading bakeries, the need for more inclusive patisseries has risen and these places have stepped up their game and are more than ready to welcome anyone.

Here is a list of 10 bakeries offering Christmas cakes.

YUM by Amna

YUM by Amna is a bakery located on Khayaban-e-Seher in DHA and it has gone all out with a wide variety of Christmas themed goods. They've got cakes, cookies, Christmas hampers — you name it. What's impressive is the creativity that's sparked designs such as the Christmas tree cupcakes and candy cane shaped chocolate bombs.

They've even got Christmas cookie and gingerbread house decorating kits!

This Christmas wreath looks so good, you might as well hang it as decor.

Margo's

Located on Khayaban-e-Shahbaz in DHA, Margo's has featured some lovely red and white cakes — the perfect colours for the Christmas festivities.

They also have special Christmas baskets this season!

Coco9

Santa may not have arrived but a Santa cake sure has!

They're also offering Christmas cookies, cake pops and macarons.

Coco9 has two branches, one on Khayaban-e-Seher, and the other on Main Shaheed-e-Millat Road.

Hobnob

Wreaths are all the rage! Hobnob is here with a wreath cake and cupcakes.

Sugaries Bakery

It's the season to be jolly and whoever receives this gift hamper can't be anything but!

You can find cakes and cookies by Sugaries in Zamzama.

Pie In The Sky

You can always count on Pie In The Sky.

Misquita Bakery

Misquita Bakery is one of the OGs when it comes to Christmas goodies. Their rich plum cake with raisins and cinnamon powder is a classic. One must traverse to the heart of Saddar for their famous hot cross buns!

Kababjees Bakers'

Kababjees Bakers' currently got their Christmas cakes on sale on Foodpanda. Grab one while they last!

Batter & Dough

Whatever the occasion, Batter & Dough is ready with the cutest boxes ready to go.

Theatre Bakery & Cafe

While Theatre told Images they don't have special Christmas cakes, they did say they're ready to customise them.

So what are you waiting for?

Less than 2% Christians in Pakistan and we celebrate Christmas for them, almost ten percent Muslims in many western cities and no celebration of Eid, Islam and Muslim hate is an issue west is unwilling to handle
