Director S Suleiman passes away in Lahore

He was 80 years old.

Pakistani director S Suleiman passed away in Lahore on Wednesday at the age of 80.

He was a Sitara-e-Imtiaz and Pride of Performance recipient. He also won 10 Nigar Awards during his career, according to Radio Pakistan.

The brother of actors Santosh Kumar (Syed Musa Abbas Raza) and Darpan (Syed Ishrat Abbas), Suleiman was married to classical dancer Zarrin aka Pannah for 25 years before they separated.

He was known for his movies Baharon Ki Manzi, Gulfam, Zeenat, Ilzaam, Very Good Dunya Very Bad Log and Tasvir.

@Dr. Salaria, Aamir Ahmad - Why a tragedy. He lived a wonderful life, provided entertainment to millions and was a great director. We all of to return to our creator when our tasks are done. So No Tragedy.
