Scrolling through elaborate wedding videos seems to have become a universal guilty pleasure. Beautiful dresses, an atmosphere filled with love and stellar song selection have really upped the game for wedding videos in Pakistan.

But it is rare to see a wedding video where a song has been sung especially for you. Singer and artist Farheen Raza Jaffry delivered a special rendition of Bachpan by Kaavish for model-turned-actor Rehmat Ajmal. Against this soulful rendition is the masterful work of wedding photographer Izzah Shaheen Malik, Pictroizzah on Instagram, who captured the sentimental mood. It is safe to say that it had us weepy.

Stunning in an off-white and gold Zara Shahjahan outfit, paired with simple, traditional jewellery, Ajmal looked like royalty.

She also posted the video on her own account with a sentimental message for Jaffry and Malik. "[Jaffry], I have no words to express myself. Thank you for giving me the greatest gift on the most special day of my life. Your voice has the power to make one shiver, to feel and to experience all the different layers of emotion," she wrote.

"I couldn’t have asked for a better composition for this memory captured so beautifully by [Malik]. Thank you to both of you for composing and compiling this ensemble. I’m truly grateful and I will cherish this forever inshAllah."

Several of Ajmal's friends from the industry also commented on her wedding posts with congratulations. This included model Eman Suleman, makeup artist Babar Zaheer, as well as celebrities Ayeza Khan, Mahira Khan and Minal Khan.

Ajmal is a familiar face in the modelling industry and has been the face of multiple clothing brands. She also has featuring for multiple clothing brands. She also has her own clothing brand called Rehstore. She also featured in Mere Paas Tum Ho as the main lead's college friend.

REMEMBER 'Made us all cry', means the whole world! That's difficult when hardly anyone has has heard of the subjects of your deference including me. Only jumped on this link as I was peeved with your very sentimental reporting as opposed to the objective narrative all professional reporters are required to follow. Shame on you and your meagre credentials as a so called reporter / journalist or whatever title you want to allocate to your job
