Game of Thrones creators are now working on horror thriller Lovecraft

After losing their Star Wars trilogy due to their contract with Netflix, the Game of Thrones creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss have found their next.

According to Hollywood Reporter, the duo is working on a horror thriller based on the graphic novel, Lovecraft by Hans Rodionoff and artist Keith Giffen, for Warner Bros.

The film, which is being scripted by Phil Hay (Destroyer) and Matt Manfredi will reportedly pose the question, “What if H.P. Lovecraft was telling the truth the entire time across his works and all of the monsters he created were actually real?”

The story will be set in the 1920s and apparently we should get ready for some tentacled creatures.
