Alternate endings to Game of Thrones that actually make sense

You might have heard, Game of Thrones, the series that collectively turned the world into fantasy nerds came to an end last night.

And what an ending it was. The final season has received mixed responses, particularly with the way showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss have handled arcs of some of our favourite characters from Westeros, with disgruntled fans even signing a petition for the entire season 8 to be remade.

Now, fans are taking things into their own hands and offering the endings they thought we deserved:

The one where Jon finally makes a smart decision and decides to be king

The one where Jon and Dany rule together and this is the final shot

The one where Jon and Tormund live happily ever after

The one where Bran ACTUALLY has a story

The one where Jon keeps a secret for once

The one with THIS plot twist

The one where they keep us on our toes

The one where Khaleesi miraculously survives and Drogo comes back from the dead (hey, anything is possible!)

The one where Jon being a Targeryn matters

The one where we're actually satisfied with the ending
