After Hania Amir, Mehwish Hayat and Fia Khan talk about embracing imperfect skin

Hania Amir appears to have sparked a movement in the Pakistani entertainment industry to encourage people to accept their 'flaws'.

After she went public with her battle against acne and journey towards accepting her skin for the way it is, actor Mehwish Hayat and model Sofia Khan have also tried to make the case for being 'flawsome'.

Mehwish shared in a tweet, "We all battle with the same skin problems & insecurities as any other girl":

And Fia shared the lyrics to the Alessia Cara song 'Scars To Your Beautiful':

Model/makeup artist Nadia Hussain also posted a throwback to when she decided to share a photo of her 'real self':

Earlier this week, Hania shared photos of her acne and asked on Instagram, "Why is my skin defining me? Who has made these beauty standards that we always feel the need to match? [...] I know that the idea of being “perfect” is appealing to majority but you don’t need to be an airbrushed flawless image to feel beautiful."
